These Terms govern your use of StaffAlert, an app for Indian merchants to track staff attendance with instant voice notifications.

Use of Service

• You agree to use StaffAlert in compliance with applicable laws.
• StaffAlert provides attendance tracking based on staff check-ins via unique URLs. You are responsible for sharing check-in links only with authorized staff members.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of staff information you enter.

Accounts

• You may be required to sign in (e.g., with Google/Firebase). Keep your credentials secure.
• We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, non-compliance, or security reasons.

Subscriptions / Payments

• Certain features require a paid subscription. Prices and features may change with notice.
• Third-party payment processors (e.g., Razorpay) terms apply to transactions.

Staff Data

• You are responsible for obtaining necessary consent from staff members before adding their information.
• Staff check-in data is stored to provide attendance history and analytics.

Disclaimer

StaffAlert is provided "as is" without warranties. We aim for high reliability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. You acknowledge that attendance records should be verified as needed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of StaffAlert.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
